Noise on Drought is prelude to Farmer Tax …Jaitley Baba Ki Jai!

All the Noise and Media frenzy on Drought is prelude to Taxing the FARMER… the suicide sector of India… Jaitley Baba Ki Jai!

Looks like the British Raj continues unabated EVEN after INDEPENDENCE of India!!! We already have the Tax on Salt even after the Salt Satyagraha, with the Tax on Agriculture sector the circle will be complete!

Water crisis - Tax Farmers - Stupid Suggestion

While the Agriculture sector is reeling under one suicide after another… and the water table is falling… and the Government has washed its hands off crop damages of farmers (Farmers will have to insure their crops with insurance companies… one more expense… if they need to get crop damage… special Gift from Modi Sarkar) The government Tax Guys have got together and are planning to Tax the Agriculture sector.

Another link: As Crorepati farmers mushroom, tax officials go digging.

It would not be correct to say that the Agriculture Tax has been… an idea mooted by the Modi Govt. The fact is it has been mooted by the World Bank and has been in the background since Congress Manmohan Singh days of Liberalization. The only problem is that the Government knows what will happen on its implementation… they will get kicked out of office. So to get the Big support/mandate is paramount… and since it is the Modi Govt that got major mandate it will most probably be implemented by this Government. It would have been implemented this budget but stopped because of the rage that got created by the Gajendra Singh Sucide at an AAP rally…

Plans are on to even tax according to the number of well a farmer has on his land… now its not uncommon in India for farmers in rain shadow area to have more than 10 well on their farm and all of them DRY!!!

Who is behind the plan for Agriculture Tax? WORLD BANK… it has instructed to reduce bank rates to benefit the few foreign companies investing in India although billions in India will suffer. Some companies who profit from such instructions are Mercedes Benz and Microsoft… who have created 1 toilet and 22 toilet respectively in all of India as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility. While Bill Gates is busy hording and patenting Seed AWAY from Indian Farmers.

The Govt is busy trying to interlink rivers… but DON’T HAVE TIME to clean up the GRANDEST AND THE BEST RAIN WATER harvesting systems that dot the landscape in India’s rain shadow areas… India has probably thousands of kown and unknown MASSIVE water harvesting systems of ancient India which can be used today… but THOSE ARE FOR TOURIST to take photos with…

Average annual rainfall of the States of India

Above stats are from

In the above image you can see that Coastal Karnataka, Kerala and Goa (Konkan) get some of the highest rainfall in the world. Not 1, not 2, not 3, not 5 but 12 States of India get some of the highest rainfall in the world!!!. The 4 mountain Ranges on 4 sides capture a huge quantity of rainwater. EVEN THE RAIN SHADOW REGIONS GET RAIN during peak monsoon… if this rain water is trapped and channeled into the massive rain water harvesting systems built during ancient India there will be enough groundwater for excellent Agriculture in India. The parts of India that get the least rain (300mm) are: in West Rajasthan (Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Mount Abu) but even here there is water round the year!!!

  • Gadsisar lake, Jaisalmer – Excavated in 1367 by Rawal Gadsi Singh, it is a scenic rainwater lake
  • Gajner Lake (Bikaner) – Once a summer holiday home of the royals, the lake is now part of a luxury hotel. Boating can be enjoyed in the solar powered boats at the lake.
  • Kaylana Lake, Jodhpur It is an artificial lake, built by Pratap Singh in 1872. The lake spreads over an area of 84 km2.
  • Nakki Lake is a lake situated in the Indian hill station of Mount Abu in Aravalli range

This is because every single house in Rajasthan save rain water into the Ground and not to any sintex tank or cement tank… but into the ground… every drop joins into under ground rivers unseen by eye and ends in these beautiful lakes.

So what is this water shortage pandemonium about?!? And what are the solutions?

STORM WATER DRAINS HAVE TO STOPPED… AND IT MUST BE RE-DIRECTED FROM EMPTYING INTO THE SEA… TO FLOW THE SURFACE DRAINAGE OF RAIN WATER TO THE ANCIENT WATER HARVESTING SYSTEMS ASAP... without even cleaning the existing mess in the water wells… there is no need to waste time and money on heavy duty cleaning as even this very moment the garbage is being consumed and poisoning the earth… we cannot do any more damage by filling it up… so instead of posting advertisement ..inviting for tender… qualifying the companies, setting up consultants, giving out multiple contracts…. then dealing with the usual contractor’s issues… and then finally cleaning it… better to fill it up and skim the surface garbage away… by next rain it will be as clean as new!!!

Just was wondering why suddenly there is a hue and cry of “Famine” in India… a country parts of which receives the highest recorded rainfall in the world Year after year. Then it comes in a flash… THESE DROUGHT MEDIA FRENZY IS PLANNED TO MAKE THE PUBLIC  READY FOR THE AGRICULTURE TAX AND WATER WELL TAX. It is not the first famine that has happened in India during summer… this has been going on since 200 yrs since British Rule.

There are parts of the country that are in the rain shadow area… these areas also have MASSIVE water harvesting systems which were UTTERLY NEGLECTED by the STATE GOVERNMENTS. If anybody is to be blamed it is the STATE GOVERNMENT that are to be blamed due to the neglect. All they have to do is to channel the monsoon rain water into these ancient wells irrespective of the garbage inside it. Is that too much work??!!??!
